A Poochon is a cross between a Poodle and a Bichon Frise. In most cases it is a Toy sized Poodle crossed with a Bichon Frise however it can also include Miniature sized Poodles crossed with a Bichon Frise.

Our Poochons are a small sized dog. Very similar in size to a purebred Bichon Frise, they are non shedding with a relatively calm and friendly temperament.
Fluffy, smart, and friendly, this lovely designer dog makes for a perfect family pet. Also known as a Bichipoo or Bichon Poodle, the Poochon is a mix between a Bichon Frise and a Toy (or Miniature) Poodle. They are small but sturdy stature and highly intelligent and eager to please, which makes them easy to train. New dog owners should definitely consider this breed, as they’re very beginner-friendly. Poochons make an ideal first dog to bring into any home and one guaranteed to make you a dog lover for life.

Most Poochons are easy to train, as they are very focused on, and attuned to, their owners. Even at a young age, they are capable of picking up simple commands within just a few repetitions, and basics such as “sit” and “stay” are rapidly learned, especially if practiced around feeding time.
